A quiet and sunny location above Kaltenbach with stunning views over the Zillertal. During the summer it can be the starting point of numerous hiking possibilities and excursion destinations. During the winter it's located right next to the snow-covered ski slope from the ski center Hochzillertal - Hochfügen.

At the entrance of the most active valley in the world - the Zillertal - lies the "First Holiday Region in the Zillertal" with its 12 villages. Where the valley is the widest and where the most hours of sunshine are, the guests will find countless possibilities to enjoy a summer or winter holiday in the mountains. During the winter there are fantastic slopes up to 2,500meters. Our top ski areas, Hochfügen-Hochzillertal and Spieljoch invite you to ski on over 100 km of pistes with 47 lifts - guaranteed fun for the whole family. Uncountable possibilities like cross-country ski runs, always cleared winter hiking trails, toboggan runs and ice rinks await our guests. Dogs are also welcome.
The upper floor
Large living room, SAT-TV and balcony, two triple rooms with washing facilities, one double room & two bathrooms, one with WC.
The ground floor
Fully equipped kitchen with micro, coffee machine and dishwasher, large dining room, SAT-TV, DVD player and terrace, one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, bathroom, separate WC. Two further double rooms with bunk beds and a double shower with WC and sauna are available in the basement.
Garden
Large garden with furniture, table tennis, trampoline, swing, barbecue and fireplace.
